The short term or extended stay vision that ONE Equity Corporation caters to will provide the transient contract trades with an enhanced Hotel suite experience at half the cost of a Hotel stay at the 5 major flag Hotels.

The units envisioned are basically double the size of Hotel suites available in the region and offer all the home comfort and convenience that is expected during the longer stays.
