My Story

It all started during the summer of 2019 when my husband took me on a trip to Kincardine and we stayed at the Marriott Hotel for the night.

Having fallen in love with the beauty of Kincardine we decided to stay an extra night and to our dismay the Marriott was booked solid, weeks in advance, as were the other hotels in the area, including the small Ma and Pa Motels.  All of the hotels and motels catered to the Bruce Power contract workers who needed short term furnished rental accommodations

That’s when the light lit up and ONE Equity Corporation was formed to supply the need for zoned and approved land for rentals.
