Bruce Power is the largest nuclear plant in the world and is currently undergoing a $13 billion, 10 year restoration program

In addition to its regular 4,000 plus workforce it is now attracting 2,000 plus skilled trades from all over North America and these trades are all looking for rental accommodation on a short term basis.

The communities of Kincardine and Port Elgin with a combined population of 20,000 people have five major flag hotels – Holiday Inn Express, Comfort Inn, Best Western, Marriott, and a  mammoth Staybridge All Suites Hotel under construction.
